Super Q Description:
Chandler Public Schools and its employee groups use an interested based bargaining process for problem solving and future planning which includes compensation and benifits. This approach requires that all parties involved practice open, honest, and direct communication. The interest based bargaining process uses data, thoughtful analysis and a consensus decision-making model. This process is in Chandler called Super Q.The Super Q Team meets regularly beginning in November through the end of the school year and additionally as needed.
Feedback will be solicited from staff by a survey conducted in the late fall and during the loop-out and ratification process.
Super Q consists of teams from these employee groups;
1) District Administration:
a) Superintendent, Business Manager, Facilities Manager and Principals
(5 members)
2) CEA Representing the Teachers:
a) 5 members selected by the CEA leadership
3) ESPoC Representing the Support Professionals, Classified Staff:
a) 5 Members selected by ESPoC leadership
4) 1 CUSD Board Member
