Do Classified employees automatically belong to ESPoC?
No. Employees must join in order to be a member. This is a one-time application; from that point on your membership automatically renews each year unless you decide to discontinue it. There is an open enrollment period from June 1st to September 15 to change your options.
Is ESPoc only for education support professionals (classified)?
Yes ESPoC is an organization made up of CUSD classified employees. ESPoC represents employees working in Transportation, Food Service, Building Maintenance, Skilled Trades, Paraprofessionals, Administrative Support, as well as other valued support professionals
Can I afford to belong to the Association?
Yes! Association membership will cost you only $13.48 per paycheck for only 18 pays as a full time employee. Part-time employees qualify for reduced rates.
How do I pay for dues?
Dues can be Payroll deducted over 18 pays from September to May or can be paid by cash or credit card.
